Copyright and Collective Memory

Copyright and Collective Memory

Michal Shur-Ofry & Guy Pessach, Robotic Collective Memory97 Wash. U. L. Rev. 975 (2020)

Artificial Intelligence and robots will not only affect humanity’s future, but also its collective past. In this paper we focus on the evolving use of robots and AI in mediating collective memory, and its effect on the ways societies will remember their join past. We then proposes a policy framework that should apply to this fascinating intersection between past and future.
